Registration Cancellation
Class schedules will be cancelled if a student's account balance or projected account balance - less all pending financial aid and/or scholarships - is not paid prior to the cancellation date.
To maintain an active class schedule, a student must meet one of the following conditions:
The account balance must be either:
Paid in full
Covered by awarded financial aid and/or scholarships, or
The student must be enrolled in a payment plan
Note: Awarded financial aid may be applied to prevent cancellation. However, students remain responsible for any outstanding charges if required financial aid steps are not completed or if the amount of aid awarded changes.
Re-registration
Students whose schedules are cancelled may re‑register for classes once all payment requirements have been satisfied. Re‑registration may require written approval from the instructor and/or the academic department.
